The Skys the Limit . . .

. . . that's what I told Rebecca when she asked me how far she could run at the Pumpkin Farm. (That's her--picking up steam as she ran up and over the hills of pumpkins.)

She was so happy running around the Farm--without mom telling her to "slow down" or "don't go too far." It made me stop and realize . . . in the day-to-day of life, I've been more about telling my kids, "slow down" or "don't go too far" than "The Skys the Limit!"

How about you? Are you so focused on structure that the moments for carefree enjoyment are lost on you today?

It's what I'm calling my "Pumpkin Farm" lesson . . . and here I thought I was done with school!

More Footage . . .

More footage from "location" (aka my front lawn). One of the crew members told me I would have to stop taking pictures when "Britney" showed up . . . meet "Britney", the deer.

Lights, Camera, Action!

Just a quiet day on my cozy little suburban street in Glendora . . . over 100 strangers, 15 trucks, catering truck in my drive-way, tents/tables with food on my front lawn, wardrobe gal with racks of clothing, producers, cameramen.

OK, not really a "typical" day in our little bedroom community, but I could get used to walking out my front door and ordering a Denver Omlette from the cook in my driveway; hob-knobbing with the production, make-up and waredrobe crew. Two houses down is where they're shooting for Kaplan On-Line University--they're lining up school desks on a neighbor's front lawn.

More updates in a bit . . . I'm going out to my front lawn to have some fresh fruit and donuts with the "crew." =)
